MANAGER

The Office & Facilities Manager is the ‘glue’ of the facility, ensuring our R&D team has everything they need to operate at peak performance and meet our ambitious goals - from enough laboratory space to the right equipment, people in the right places, and the right support from our partners. This role will be the key ‘point person’ liaising with vendors, service providers and colleagues on behalf of the Wheat Ridge team. We’re a fast-paced, rapidly growing facility, so problem solving and prioritization skills are a must.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all the administration, events, inventory, procurement, and maintenance
    for the facility

  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate large multi-stakeholder meetings virtually and/or in-
    person; prepare agendas, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings

  • Perform complex, diversified, and specialized administrative work for leadership or site staff

  • Prepare reports and documentation on behalf of the facility

  • Creates computer forms, templates, and tables. Compiles statistical data

  • Play a key role in developing and maintaining policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
     

  • Help coordinate our upcoming site relocation

  • Salary range: $60,000 - 80,000

  • Experience with documentation management (i.e. developing SOPs) 

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
