MATERIALS FOR A GREENER TOMORROW
USA Rare Earth owns an 80% interest in the Round Top Heavy Rare Earth, Lithium, and Critical Minerals deposit located in Hudspeth County, West Texas.
With its development of the first rare earth and critical minerals processing facility in the United States, and ownership of the only scalable, sintered neo-magnet manufacturing system in the Western Hemisphere, USARE is poised to become the leading domestic supplier of critical raw materials fueling the green tech revolution.
Our materials and technologies are critical to electric vehicles, green energy, consumer electronics, and the defense industry. Our battery grade lithium and tech metals are necessary for chipsets, semiconductors, and 5G.
HISTORY

Exploration
INITIAL MINERAL DISCOVERY
Round Top was discovered in the 1970s as part of a regional fluorite exploration program.
EXPLORATION FOCUSED ON BERYLLIUM
Cyprus Minerals conducted extensive exploration, trial mining and feasibility study focused on high-grade beryllium deposit; Leases were orphaned following merger with AMAX.
Identification
FIRST RARE EARTH FOCUSED PEA
in 2013, TMRC published a Preliminary Economic Assessment focused on rare earths using comminution, flotation and solvent extraction
SEED CAPITAL RAISED
USARE enters into agreement to acquire 80% of Round Top anticipating a renewed strategic interest in critical minerals
Commercialization
SERIES A CAPITAL RAISED
In 2019, updated PEA incorporating heap leach and CIX/CIC process projects 70% IRR; Construction of dedicate processing pilot facility in Colorado
SERIES B CAPITAL RAISED
Pilot processing facility commissioned; Magnet manufacturing equipment acquired

Scaling
